Hey, a month early, but you can never be too early with Christmas... Anyhoo, these little guys are my recreations of the advent calender people I've still got on order. There are a few differences, but they were made with no parts from the calender itself. Enjoy 'em! First up: the maiden. Next, the jesters (you can never just have one): And, finally, the witch.

Those are awesome, Chaotic! The advent calender looks great with all the new figures, but you just turned it up a notch. Also, are the jesters still a WIP? _________________ Lego vs. MegaBlocks= no challenge.

I guess those ones are finished now. Thanks for the feedback: I'm going to enter this into a Classic Castle Contest on Christmas Day, just to reinforce the point.

Yep. Designed, printed, and applied by me.

Actually, it's the girl torso from the advent calendar in a sense: it's the design drawn over and applied as a decal, as I hadn't gotten the advent calendar when I made them. |

Nope, no secret. Drawplus4...and Photoshop 7.0. I've heard Paint.net's good enough for colours though.

Yes! I have all of those things! You must be a good artist if you can make those decals. I'm hoping to do water slide myself, but time and money are preventing me from moving on at the moment._________________ Lego vs. MegaBlocks= no challenge. |

Ah, well. Water-slide's quite easy if you can get the right tools, experience and know-how. Try the Fine Clonier for buyable water-slide decals and his forums for tips and tricks on application. I pretty much taught myself, but his instructions were great.

Do you own the Castle Advent Calender? Because I thought they're not sold in America. Unless you live in a different country, correct? _________________ Lego vs. MegaBlocks= no challenge.

Oh, yes. Try living in the home of tea and see what it does to your wallet...

These are waterslide, just using white paper rather than clear. I'm working on asking Kam or TriUmp to print them for me on their ALPS Printers so I can use clear on dark torsos, so that'll be a lot better.

I like the detail on the witch, its like the detail from the scarecrow minifig in Batman.
